Weatherproofed, and temperature hardened to survive in the harshest outdoor environments, the Aruba AP587 AP withstands exposure to extreme high and low temperatures, persistent moisture, and precipitation, and are fully sealed to keep out airborne contaminants. All electrical interfaces include industrial surge protection and are IP66/67 certified. To support high-performance connectivity in dense mobile and IoT outdoor environments, Aruba 580 Series APs deliver maximum aggregate on air data rates of 2.97 Gbps and include 5 Gbps Smart Rate Ethernet ports. In addition, dual redundant power/port failover and support for AC ensure high availability with uninterrupted performance.
